Comments: One of the best things that I have done in my IDW was a drill that Coach Hudy got us running one year. He called it the 100 Shots drill. We had to shot 100 shots from the spots where we will shot during games. As post players most of our shots came from the low post. This was the shot distribution: 10 go to moves on right block. 10 go to moves on left block. 10 counter moves on right block. 10 counter moves on left block. 10 I-cuts on the right side. 10 I-cuts on the left side. 10 step-outs on the rigth side. 10 step-outs on the left side. 20 free throws. We did this after we warm up most everyday. Coach Hudy also kept track of how many we made everyday. This was great, because we not only competed against the other guys, but also against our own scores from previous days. Name: Bob
